Château de Praz

Château de Praz, in an idyllic location on Lake Murten, was built in 1521 and has always been associated with vines and wine.
Since April 1, 2011, the 5th generation of the Chervet family has been running the winery with 12 hectares of its own vineyards.
They employ an international team of five people.

Passionate, dynamic and open, Marylène and Louis Bovard-Chervet pursue the philosophy of working as naturally, product-oriented and sustainably as possible.
They have specialized in the production of white wines.
The Vully wines, especially the traditional Chasselas, should be as expressive, fresh and sparkling as possible.

The Château de Praz range comprises twelve wines, all of which are made from single-varietal grapes.
This gives the wines great freedom of expression from year to year, while preserving the characteristics of each variety.
They always bear the signature of Louis, the winemaker, and Marylène, the oenologist.
